Dr. Phong Nguyen, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Nguyen has been a part of Hospitality Medical Aesthetics since 2009. He has a passion for helping others look and feel their best.

Dr. Nguyen has practiced medicine at Redlands Community Hospital since 1994, and joined Redlands-Yucaipa Medical Group to serve as the Medical Director in 2014.

He has served as Chief of Staff and ER Director at Redlands Community Hospital, as well as the Medical Director for the Redlands Fire Department, Loma Linda Fire Department, the San Manuel Fire Department, and the Paramedic Program at Crafton Hills College. He enjoys reading and tennis.

Tayna Luong, serving as the administrator at Glamour Medspa, embarked on her journey in the beauty industry over 13 years ago with her first lash class, and her passion has only intensified since.

A perpetual seeker of improvement, Tayna is dedicated to enhancing both herself and her business, propelling her to establish her own salons.

Not content with the product quality from local suppliers, Tayna undertook a global pursuit, personally meeting with leading manufacturers overseas to initiate her own line of products.

Her commitment to excellence extends beyond products; Tayna launched a coaching program, imparting her knowledge to over 4,000 students and catering to the beauty needs of more than 40,000 clients worldwide.

Tayna Luong is not just a professional; she is a dedicated mentor, sharing her expertise, advanced techniques, and real-life experiences with the aim of empowering others to learn, apply, and achieve success.

JULIE WEBB, RN

Glamour Medspa, where timeless beauty meets the pinnacle of aesthetic innovation, is proud to introduce Julie Webb, RN, as a cornerstone of our expert team.

With a distinguished career spanning over three decades in healthcare and nineteen years as a Registered Nurse, Julie brings a wealth of experience and a deep-seated passion for nurturing and enhancing natural beauty.

Julie's journey in healthcare has been marked by her dedication to excellence, having honed her skills in diverse settings, including Case Management in Hospice/Home Health, and in the management of Women's Health and Pediatrics clinics at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.

Her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to patient care are the bedrock of her practice.

In 2021, Julie ventured into the realm of injectable aesthetics, driven by her lifelong passion for aesthetics and her desire to blend the art of beauty with the science of nursing. She became certified in administering Neuromodulators (Botox) and Dermal Fillers (Juvéderm), embracing this specialization as a new avenue to empower individuals in their beauty and skincare journeys.

Julie's approach is rooted in education and personalized care, ensuring that each client's experience at Glamour Medspa is not only transformative but also deeply informative. She finds immense joy in guiding clients towards achieving their beauty aspirations, making her role in injectable aesthetics both rewarding and gratifying.
